Booking & Sessions

Browse by genre or service, pick your player, and hit Post a Gig. You'll brief the project, approve a quote, and we handle scheduling, studio time, and delivery. Most gigs are booked within 24 hours.

Absolutely. Use the same project brief and we’ll coordinate the full roster — rhythm section, strings, horns, or whatever the track needs — with one timeline and one delivery package.

Standard sessions: 3–5 days. Rush bookings: sometimes same-day, depending on the player’s schedule. Subscribers get priority queue access, which typically cuts lead time in half.

Not required, but helpful. Most of our players are comfortable with charts, Nashville numbers, reference tracks, or even a rough vocal demo. Send what you have and the session lead will translate it.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing depends on the instrument, complexity, and turnaround. Most single-instrument sessions range from $150–$500. You’ll see a firm quote before confirming — no surprises.

Book-As-You-Go is per-session with transparent pricing. Subscribe & Save locks in a monthly allowance at up to 30% off per session, with priority booking and a dedicated session lead. Unused sessions roll over.

You approve the quote first. For one-off sessions, you’re charged when work begins. For subscriptions, billing is monthly on your join date. Cancel anytime — unused sessions stay valid through the end of the billing period.

If a session is cancelled by us or the player, you get a full refund. If you cancel before work begins, we issue a credit. Once tracking has started, refunds are handled case-by-case by your session lead.

Delivery & Revisions

WAV files at the sample rate of your session (typically 48kHz/24-bit or 96kHz/24-bit). Stems are labeled, phase-aligned, and mix-ready. We can also deliver RAW files or alternate formats on request.

Most sessions deliver in 5–7 business days from the tracking date. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Subscribers often see faster turnaround thanks to priority scheduling.

Up to 2 revision rounds are included per session. A revision is a specific change — different feel, alternate part, tempo adjustment — not a full re-tracking. Additional revisions are quoted separately.

Talk to your session lead first — 95% of concerns are solved with a quick revision. If the performance genuinely misses the brief, we’ll re-match you with another player or issue a credit. We stand behind every session.

Artists & Quality

Every player goes through a multi-step review: portfolio submission, reference checks, a test session with our in-house producers, and ongoing quality monitoring via client feedback. We remove players who fall below our standard.

Our roster works from professional studios across major music cities — Nashville, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, and more. Remote sessions are tracked in treated rooms with broadcast-quality gear. In-person sessions can be arranged in select cities.

If you’ve worked with someone on our roster before, mention them in your brief and we’ll check availability. For new projects, we’ll match you based on genre fit, playing style, and schedule.

Yes. Beyond instrumentalists, we offer mixing, mastering, full production, arranging, and songwriting services. Every role is filled by a vetted professional with credits you can verify.

Account & Support

Apply through our artist portal. We review credits, listen to samples, and schedule a brief interview. The process usually takes 1–2 weeks. We’re actively expanding across all genres.
